I can assist your project by providing full site measurements, sets of Architectural Drawings to show Existing and Proposed Floor Plans.    A Quote for each project will be provided based on the scope required.  ( i.e. Sunroom addition could be $800.00, less than a Second Floor Addition Project. which could be $2000.00 based on the  scope of project., ie. three weeks vs. three months would determine price based on hours.) $800 - $2000  based on project

Unsure of how your 2D floor plans will translate into the actual area and how it will look after the construction? Not sure how the plans will look once walls are removed or added?  My 3D Concept programs provide you with a perspective view of all angles of the room, as well as a complete 360 degree turning radius of your proposed space.  The software also allows many finish options and colour selection to be added to show you various options before a wall is installed.

3D Drawings are extremely useful for proposed kitchen, bathroom, garage and outdoor living spaces.
