My wife and I are currently enjoying our new insulated concrete form (ICF) home , which we designed from past plans direction and ideas from a Manhattan Architect. We knew exactly what we wanted but needed a professional to make our sketches a building permit submission reality. We found Ms Miller to be quite competent in the creation of our plans as well as her suggestions for proper sizing of typical construction modules. Karyn had to liaison with us and our structural engineer to ensure our drawings were accurate. With 11” thick walls, 3 engineered steel beams and 3 different TJI floor and roof assemblies this was not a typical drafting challenge. We were especially appreciative of her patience as once we had completed our floor template it required numerous revisions as we refined how each room would perform.
